St Georges Terrace, Perth, 6000

AUD: Prices from $950 per person per month

Office summary

RECENTLY OPENED: These offices are located on levels 24 and 25 of a building which has long been a dominant feature of the Perth central business district skyline. The 31-storey tower’s exterior architecture is as striking today as when it was built and its position provides breath-taking views on all sides. The centre occupies a prominent position on the southern side of St Georges Terrace; long recognised as the commercial heart of the Perth central business district, and its most desirable business address.

Office location

Located half way between the Perth Underground and Esplanade Train Stations, this centre is easy to get to and from. The bus port is less than 200 m away and the city’s free bus and CAT buses run every minute along St Georges Terrace and William, Hay, Murray and Wellington Streets. The building provides on-site parking (subject to availability) and easy access to numerous public parking facilities. All those who occupy this building will have access to an unprecedented range of retail amenities and services, all in close proximity. Immediately opposite on its western side is the enex100 arcade (Century City), which houses high-end fashion outlets, cafés, a food hall, and other retailers. A few steps away are the Hay and Murray Street shopping malls. To the west is the Brookfield BHP Billiton Tower. Currently called City Square, the precinct will house BHP Billiton’s new corporate offices. City Square will offer extensive retail and a multitude of restaurant tenancies all within a 2-minute walk of the centre.
